Indiana Redistricting Info & Guide
On Dec. 1, 2025, Indiana House Republicans introduced House Bill 1032, which would allow a mid-cycle redraw of congressional districts. The House passed the bill on December 5, and it was sent to the Indiana Senate.
If adopted, the new maps would specifically target the Democratic-held districts of Representatives André Carson (Indianapolis) and Frank Marvin (Lake Michigan) in order to secure two additional House seats for the 2026 midterm elections.
