In a swift legal response following the killing of 37-year-old VA ICU nurse Alex Pretti, two sworn affidavits were filed in federal court in Minnesota. These affidavits are part of an ACLU lawsuit on behalf of Minneapolis protesters, challenging Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem and other homeland security officials for their involvement in the city’s immigration enforcement actions.
